EASY APPLE STRUDLE
INGREDIENTS:
Apples
Sugar
Cinnamon
1 egg
1 sheet of pastry
INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel the apples and cut into quarters, core, then cut into
thin slices. Add some sugar and cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 200
degrees C.
Line a baking tray
with a sheet of baking parchment.
Place a sheet of
pastry on the tray.
Arrange apple in the
middle of the pastry.
Fold the pastry
lengthwise around the mixture.
Seal edges of pastry
by using a drop of water on your fingers, and pinch the pastry edges together.
Brush the top of the pastry
with egg.
Bake in preheated oven
for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
